How the Practice Began
The instructor’s initial encounter with yoga came as a way to manage daily stress. What started as a few minutes of stretching gradually became a structured home practice. After noticing improvements in focus and flexibility, the decision to seek formal training followed naturally.
Certification and Continued Study
A 500-hour certification was completed through a registered school, covering anatomy, teaching methodology, and the philosophy of yoga. Since then, the instructor has pursued additional training in restorative yoga and pranayama. These credentials form the foundation of the content shared on Yoga Pulse.
The personal journey remains active: daily practice includes both familiar sequences and new explorations. This blend of tradition and curiosity keeps the teaching fresh and grounded.
